1. Service Overview

Axiom provides a non-custodial wallet extension for the Telegram platform, enabling users to manage Solana-based assets and execute trades directly within the Telegram interface. The Service includes automated trading features (auto-buy, auto-sell), portfolio management, and wallet import functionality. By using this service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use this Service. By agreeing to these Terms, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. The Service is not available in jurisdictions where cryptocurrency trading is prohibited by law.

3. Account & Authentication

Access to the Service is provided through your Telegram account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Telegram account and all activities that occur under it. Axiom uses your Telegram user ID for authentication and session management. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Wallet & Key Management

Your private keys and recovery phrases are generated and stored exclusively on your local device using industry-standard cryptographic methods. Axiom operates on a non-custodial model, meaning:

• We do not have access to, store, or transmit your private keys to any external server
• All signing operations are performed locally on your device
• Recovery phrases are never sent over the network
• You are the sole custodian of your wallet credentials

You are solely responsible for safeguarding your recovery phrase and private keys, maintaining secure backups, and any transactions executed using your wallet. Loss of your recovery phrase may result in permanent loss of access to your funds.

5. Supported Wallets & Interoperability

The Service supports importing wallets from popular Solana wallet providers including, but not limited to, Phantom, Solflare, Backpack, and other wallets that use standard BIP-39 12/24-word recovery phrases or Base58-encoded private keys. Axiom does not guarantee compatibility with all wallet formats. Imported wallets retain the same security properties as wallets created within the Service.

6. Trading & Transactions

Axiom facilitates trading on the Solana blockchain through decentralized exchanges and liquidity pools. You acknowledge and agree that:

• All trades are executed on-chain and are irreversible once confirmed
• Axiom does not act as a counterparty, exchange, or broker
• Transaction fees (network fees and platform fees) apply to all trades
• Slippage, failed transactions, and partial fills may occur due to network conditions
• Auto-buy and auto-sell features execute based on your configured parameters and market conditions

7. Risk Disclosure

Cryptocurrency trading involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for every investor. You should carefully consider whether trading is appropriate for you in light of your financial condition. The value of digital assets can be extremely volatile and may result in significant or total loss of your investment. Past performance is not indicative of future results. You should not trade with funds you cannot afford to lose.

Additional risks include but are not limited to: smart contract vulnerabilities, blockchain network congestion, regulatory changes, liquidity risks, and technological failures. Axiom is not a registered broker-dealer, investment advisor, or financial institution.

8. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to use the Service for:

• Any illegal activities, including money laundering or terrorism financing
• Market manipulation, wash trading, or other deceptive trading practices
• Circumventing any geographic restrictions or regulatory requirements
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
• Interfering with the proper operation of the Service or other users' access

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Axiom and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, funds, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service. This limitation applies regardless of the theory of liability and even if Axiom has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

10. Privacy & Data Protection

We are committed to protecting your privacy. We collect only the minimum data necessary to operate the Service:

• Telegram user ID — for authentication and session management
• Preferred language — for localization purposes
• Wallet addresses — for displaying balances and transaction history

No personal financial data, private keys, recovery phrases, or sensitive credentials are collected, stored, transmitted, or shared with third parties. All cryptographic operations are performed locally on your device. We do not use tracking cookies, analytics, or third-party advertising services within the application.

11. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service, including but not limited to design, graphics, text, and software, are owned by Axiom and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Service without prior written consent.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Axiom and its affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

13. Modifications to the Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. Material changes will be communicated through the application or via Telegram notification. Your continued use of the Service following any modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with any changes, you must discontinue use of the Service immediately.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with the Service shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of a recognized arbitration institution.
